Securities Lending Transparency (SLATE) Working Group

FIF has scheduled three calls for this week for the SLATE Working Group. The first call will be on Monday April 7 at 11 am ET; the second call will be on Tuesday April 8 at 11 am ET; and the third call will be on Thursday April 10 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of a draft letter to the SEC and FINRA relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting.

Removal of PII from CAT

FIF has scheduled two joint calls for this week for the CAT CAIS and CAT Transaction Reporting Working Groups. The first call will be on Monday April 7 at 2 pm ET; the second call will be on Wednesday April 9 at 11 am. The Working Groups will continue the discussion of a draft comment letter on the rule filing by the CAT Plan Participants to remove PII from CAT.

The CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group will have its next call on Wednesday April 9 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion on managing CAT costs and will discuss other issues relating to CAT Transaction Reporting.
